Working great in ADVENT 4211-B!<br /><br />I never had to upgrade the BIOS, this is the first time,because I was interested on Overclocking my netbook.<br /><br />I did it from Windows 7 after making the main user able to make changes. I did it via CMD...(search about it on google)<br /><br />Now, when I turn on my computer, the MSI logo appears instead the white background with blue Advent logo.<br /><br />The first time I reboot, I entered in the New Bios Setup and I get the configurations like they were in the previous Bios. So I didn&#39;t loose my dual Boot Snow leopard &amp; Windows 7.<br /><br />I saw the icon of doc percentage, so I tryed with 8%...all working fine in booth SO.<br /><br />After that, I tryed to do the same with 15% and all fine using the Onboard memory + 1gb 667mhz Kingston module..<br /><br />FINALLY...I tryed with 24% but once I turn on the machine and I press FN+F10....the screen gets with some flashing strange lines and I decided to keep using 15%.<br /><br />I did it a month ago and I have my Advent alive! Everything works great...the only fail appears with Mac osc`s Itunes if the music is playing and I take the computer to non-overclock. Then, it stops sounding.
