JKK from JKKMobile has posted up a video blog to kick off his 'SSD Week'. The video is simply titled 'SSDs and why I like them'.
Interestingly, JKK begins the video by running a traditional HDD outside of the case, so you can see the head moving to read the disk. You can also hear the sound of the HDD vs the silent SSDs. There is a demonstration of the speed of hibernation on SSDs, a demonstration of different SSDs and lots of commentary around the advantages of SSDs.
Its a really nice video and definitely worth the watch.
