OLPC (the makers of a basic low-cost netbook) are reigniting their 'Give One Get One' campaign, whereby you can purchase one of their XO netbooks for USD399 and they will give an identical netbook to a child in the developing world.
Last year OLPC raised $35 million to fund delivery of over 150,000 laptops to children in the developing world, where education is needed most - pretty incredible stuff!
